Description: The angry spirits of Picky
shoots from afar and strike the enemy.
When the enemy has less than 50% HP
left, the damage is doubled. When base
level is over 30, there's a chance the
skill will be activated again. For
every 30 base levels, the activation
chance is increased.

[Lv 3]: Ranged attack, 500% damage
